01/2008: Gary Epstein, Managing Member of Shuman & Epstein LLC, will serve on the Peabody Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Committee for the 4th consecutive year.
Financial News
12/2008: The FDIC has dropped the requirement that trust beneficiaries must be immediate family members to qualify for federal deposite insurance. Now all beneficiaries can qualify. Revocable trust bank deposit accounts are insured up to $250,000 per beneficiary, with a cap of $1.25 million per bank. Source: FDIC
